Start your morning with a quiet dawn ceremony to connect with the rising sun. This session features early grounding, mindful breathing, and a fresh salt-water dip to wake up your soul also includes coffee and pastry.

“I am a Certified Ocean Wellness and Blue Mind Practitioner, trained through Alma Oasis—an internationally accredited, IPHM-approved program rooted in holistic healing and the power of the ocean. I am also a Certified Surf Instructor through the International Surfing Association (ISA), the global standard for safe and professional surf instruction. With certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid, I create a space where you can feel both deeply supported and safe in the ocean. "About a year ago I discovered surfing, and it completely changed my connection to the ocean. The waves, salt air and water bring a calm and clarity that's hard to find anywhere else. I created Salt & Soul to share that feeling with others through ocean wellness and surf experiences that help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature. Sometimes the best reset is simply stepping into the ocean.”
